Zachery was inspired to develop, inspire, and mentor many youths within his organization. The name TRUST is inspired by the factor of Zachery growing up and literally losing TRUST in the community, in HIS community. Consequently, the lack of support to heal his family based and cultural trauma resulted in negative behaviors eventually leading to incarceration. Zachery is also a motivational speaker, who delivers high-energy keynote presentations that challenge audiences to leverage their focus and pay attention to what matters most in life. As a Union Carpenter for over 10 years, Zachery utilizes this training to empower the youth and re-entry population to unleash the untapped potential of themselves. Zachery sits as the Co-founder & Executive Director for Trust Factor Org.
