ZACHERY FRAZIER

Zachery Frazier is driven by a passion to develop, inspire, and mentor youth within his organization. The name "TRUST" reflects his personal journey of growing up in a community where he lost faith in the support systems around him. This erosion of trust, coupled with a lack of resources to heal family and cultural trauma, led to negative behaviors.

As a motivational speaker, Zachery delivers dynamic keynote presentations that encourage audiences to focus on what truly matters in life. With over a decade of experience as a Union Carpenter, he leverages his skills to empower both youth and the re-entry population, helping them to discover and unleash their untapped potential. Zachery serves as the Co-founder and Executive Director of Trust Factor Organization, where he continues to make a meaningful impact in the community.
